The age old question I hear all the time. (mainly from females – sorry ladies)
I’ve been trying to get bulky for years and to my dismay it still hasn’t happened. And, in my experience no client of mine has ever gotten bulky by accident or just from working out regularly.
It takes way more effort than that.
Mainly, I see this question as an excuse rather than an actual reason not to workout or lift weights.
The bottom line is stop worrying about things like getting bulky and just get to work. Because, guess what you do if by the off chance you actually start to get bulky? Stop working out so much and eating as much as you are. Because it requires lots of heavy weight-lifting and eating in a serious caloric surplus to actually get bulky. Oh yeah, and it takes months/years to actually take effect.
