Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, we will personalize your training so that you achieve YOUR goals!

Program Offerings Include:


CrossFit-If you’re looking for constantly varied, high intensity workouts, we’ve got you covered. Beyond the Box is home to CrossFit North Beach, where group CrossFit classes are offered several times per day, Monday through Saturday. If you are new to CrossFit, we offer introductory classes to teach you the basics, familiarize you with the lingo and simply get you comfortable with this type of training. We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE beginners, so please contact us for more details about how we can get you started with CrossFit.


Beyond Bootcamp-Our newest offering, Beyond Bootcamp, kicks off on every 6-8 weeks. This program is for women only and will meet three times per week for six weeks. Get ready for a lot of fun and great results! Beyond Bootcamp uses no barbells…just your body and a few light weights. The exercises are designed to tone your body (not get you bulky) and help you lose weight. Additionally, all participants will be provided with nutrition education and a meal plan written by a registered dietician. We will teach you how to eat right, so you can continue healthy habits after our program is over. Nutrition-Beyond The Box has partnered with a registered dietician to offer custom meal plans, nutrition coaching and nutrition accountability. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle or simply eat healthier, we can help. Our Nutrition Coaching program is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”


Small Group Personal Coaching-Have a crazy schedule? We can schedule workouts around YOUR schedule. Your program will be designed especially for you.
