Yeah it is possible. You can do it. Do you really need 4-5 people with you to workout? No, but you may still be more motivated by it. Some people have found that “Quaranteaming” is possible as well. What is that? Some have found another family/neighbor who you trust is not exposing themselves and is being responsible about their contact. Can those two groups then connect with each other regularly and train together!? Of course. Be smart and do what’s right – make sure to keep communication lines with each other open. But, you don’t need to be a hermit if there are no reasons holding you back from getting the social interaction you crave while still being safe about your germs.
