“What is Beyond The Box?”

BTB is an exercise program and facility that can make you well-rounded at everything. Strength, endurance, mobility, and much much more.

It’s group classes or personal training, nutrition counseling/accountability, a community of super supportive individuals, and a place to come shut off your brain and just be YOU. Members learn to lift their own body and lift weights, they run, they jump, and it is fun and challenging for the body and mind.

“I can’t do those things.”

One of the things about Beyond The Box is that we are not a gym full of ultra-competitive people. We have got awesome members and a great supportive community of all different skill sets and backgrounds.

Everyone was new at some point, and most of us weren’t amazing when we started.   Watching a new person achieve their first of many accomplishments is what keeps us all going!

“Isn’t it expensive?”

We think of it as relative value and there are few things more important than our health to invest in for the long term.  Beyond The Box and any CrossFit gym typically is more expensive than a normal globo gym (LA Fitness, Baileys, Planet Fitness), but the training program, coaching, community, social events and RESULTS will speak for themselves so give it a try!  

At Beyond The Box we start off with a goals discussion so we can get to know you and whether you decide to start with our 6 week challenge, personal training, or simply nutrition we will help you reach your goals whatever they may be.
