Introducing: Beyond The Box Barbell Club

The CrossFit Open is done, you’ve experienced and learned how to eat healthy, and you’re starting to see some serious performance improvements…

…what do you do now?

Time to hone those barbell skills and become a olympic weightlifting master.

Beyond The Box Fitness introduces its 6 week Olympic Weightlifting Program for beginners to intermediate lifters of ages 18 and older.

The Snatch and Clean & Jerk bring speed, coordination, agility, accuracy and balance to your strength training.

These lifts are indispensable to CrossFit programming, and expert coaching is a powerful advantage in fitness and in life!

Join Coach Dave in his 6 week Olypmic Weightlifting Program that is designed to be just shy of having a personal Olympic Weightlifting coach.

This program is super exclusive (only 6 spots per 6 week session) and is designed to be customized to each individual lifter within the program.

If you’ve ever struggled to develop any of these lifts then you are the perfect candidate for this program.

Classes are 90 mins long and occur twice a week.

Tuesday nights from 6:30pm until 8:00pm

Saturday mornings from 7:15am until 8:45am

YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO ATTEND AT LEAST 10 OF THE 12 SESSIONS.  PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS IF YOU CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR AVAILABILITY TO THE PROGRAM.  THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO IMPROVE YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF THE LIFTS AND ADD WEIGHT TO THE CLEAN, THE JERK, AND THE SNATCH.  INDIVIDUALS HAVE SEEN IMPROVEMENTS OF UPWARDS OF 20+ LBS TO ALL LIFTS AFTER THE 12 SESSIONS.***

$450 for members and $500 for non-members (due before the start of the program)

$500 for members and $550 for non-members – after May 22nd)

(Founding members will experience on going benefits to any Olympic Weightlifting programs in the future as well)

***prerequisite – you must be one of the following: active CrossFit group class member (minimum 2 months), and/or have completed the BTB Barbell Foundations.  Non-BTB members will need to call to confirm their eligibility.
